Evaluation Lesson–
An introductory private session, in which we will do a postural
analysis and a full body/fitness assessment, explore your goals and
special needs, and design your personal training program.
Required in order to join group equipment classes.

Private Lesson–
A one on
one private session in which we tailor your program to fit your specific
body/fitness needs.

Semi-Private Lesson (2-4 persons)-
Small
group session with one instructor and 2-4 clients. Retain the personal
attention of a private session at a reduced cost. Sign up with a friend
or ask our staff to match you with clients at a similar level. Please note,
charge is fixed and split between the number of clients who actually attend the session.

Due to increased
demand, starting September
17th, 2007
classes will now be subject
to the 24 hour cancellation policy. Missed appointments or cancellations
with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full price. In
order to guarantee a spot in class you must sign up ahead of time and be
subject to the cancellation policy. If you do not wish to sign up ahead
of time, you are still welcome to attend as a "drop in", space
permitting, however you will be charged at the drop in rate. We
hope this change in policy will prevent overbooking of popular classes
and allow us to contact persons on our class waitlist in a timely
manner. Thank you for your cooperation.
Group Reformer Class (Limit 6 persons)-
Small
group instruction on specialized equipment designed to assist the body
in performance of Pilates exercises. This class focuses on the reformer,
the main piece of equipment used in Pilates. Beginners must either
complete 2 private lessons or join our new Introduction to Pilates
equipment class before joining any ongoing equipment
class.
Group Pole/Chair/Circuit Class (Limit 4 persons)-
Small group instruction on specialized equipment designed to assist the
body in performance of Pilates exercises. These classes focus on the
auxiliary equipment but are appropriate for any level. Sessions run for
five weeks.
Group Mat Class (Limit 10 persons)-
An aerobic series of
floorwork exercises designed to create uniform development, long, lean
muscles, core strength and breath control. Classes are drop-in in
nature, however, due to limited class space we recommend calling ahead
to reserve your spot.

Open Studio–
For
Intermediate to Advanced students of Pilates, an opportunity to do an
independent workout. Instructor approval is required -

"Hundred"
Card–
For those
students interested in doing a mixture of private lessons and group
classes this option allows for a single payment. Amounts are deducted
from your account at the time of service. As an added incentive, we will
add 10% of the amount you purchase to your account (i.e.: put down $300,
get $330 in services, put down $500 get $550 in services).
